Ramu has founded several successful technology companies, including Micronet Solutions and Veridic Solutions, which have revolutionized the technology talent acquisition industry in the U.S. He has also turned around multiple distressed technology businesses, creating new opportunities, securing funding sources, and generating shareholder value.

As the General Counsel at Eficens Systems, Neal provides legal and strategic advice on all operations and initiatives. He oversees all legal matters for the business, acting as its legal representative.
Neal is also a founder and partner at Madan & Saigal, LLC, where he serves as General Counsel and represents various technology companies. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business immigration, technology law, incubator services for start-ups, and representing clients before the U.S. government.
Neal has a degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

He founded the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Interactive Data, where he started and ran the XBRL-based digitalization of corporate and fund filings and co-created the Legal Entity Identifier. David also served on the stand-up team for the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Financial Research. He has served in strategy and product leadership roles at McGraw-Hill and Standard & Poor’s and was the head of data governance and policy at the global bank State Street Corporation. He has consulted at McKinsey & Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Accenture. Most recently, David was co-founder and head of strategy and marketing at privacy-enhanced technology start-up Helios Data.
David received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
